How Does Birdies for Charity Work?

A birdie is a score of one stroke better than par for any golf hole. PGA TOUR professionals are anticipated to make an average 1,500 to 2,000 birdies, June 16-22, 2008 at the Travelers Championship.

To support CASAC and be entered to win a fabulous vacation, simply print out, fill in, and return the form to make a pledge. Pledges can be as little as one penny!

If 1,500 birdies are made: 1¢= $15; 10¢= $150; $1.00= $1500.

At the end of the Travelers Championship, the tournament will total the birdies made by the golfers, calculate your donation and send an invoice directly to you. CASAC will receive 100% of the pledges tagged to them.

CASAC invites all potential pledges to visit The Travelers Championship website, and try out the online pledging.  Online pledging saves distribution time and money and generates a pledge immediately.
